40 is the new 20

So here it is the day, other than 21, that I have been waiting for...the day I turn 40. I remember when 40 ment something...wow you're 40 thats old. But now, now 40 is the new 20 so what does that mean that I'll have to turn 60 before I can really celebrate being "mature"? I thought that on my 40th there would be a big party, lots of fun...is'nt that what you are suppose to do on your 40th? But it looks like another day...work, head to class tonight, eat my Nutrisystem dinner. (being that i weigh more now than I did at 20. If 40 is the new 20 then should'nt I be the same size as my 20 year old self??) My parents partied up when they turned 40, I guess there just is'nt any milestones with my generation anymore.
